Brian Dunican, Michael Bertucci receive Novartis Science ScholarshipsBrian Dunican and Michael Bertucci, both seniors in the Chemical Biology Program, were selected to receive Novartis Science Scholarships. Eight state-wide scholarships are administered through the Independent College Fund of New Jersey and are given to high achieving science students who conduct independent scientific research. Professor Hazelwood selected as the 2008 Henry Morton Distinguished Teaching ProfessorAt the Stevens Institute of Technology Convocation on Wednesday, September 3rd, Professor Vikki Hazelwood of the Department of Chemistry, Chemical Biology, and Biomedical Engineering was named as the Henry Morton Distinguished Teaching Professor for 2008. SPOC Inc. Product Featured in National Publication SPOC Inc., a company born from a Stevens Institute of Technology biomedical engineering senior design project, was featured in the July 28th issue of ADVANCE Magazine for Physical Therapist and PT Assistants. ADVANCE has a circulation of 85,000 physical therapy professionals nationwide.
