Brian Dunican, Michael Bertucci receive Novartis Science Scholarships

Brian Dunican and Michael Bertucci, both seniors in the Chemical Biology Program, were selected to receive Novartis Science Scholarships. Eight state-wide scholarships are administered through the Independent College Fund of New Jersey and are given to high achieving science students who conduct independent scientific research. Mr. Dunican is currently studying the biology of the nuclear pore complex in the laboratory of Prof. Joseph Glavy. Mr. Bertucci is involved in the synthesis of Horsfiline-related anticancer compounds in the laboratory of Prof. A.K. Ganguly. read more...
