Andrew Kruegel, a senior in the Department of Chemistry, Chemical Biology and Biomedical Engineering, was selected by the Independent College Fund of New Jersey to receive a Novartis Scholarship. The Novartis Scholarship is given to high achieving students in New Jersey who conduct independent research. Andrew's research portfolio includes an internship at Hoffman La Roche as well as independent research at Stevens in the laboratory of Prof. Athula Attygalle. Andrew's work with Prof. Attygalle has been accepted for publication at the Journal of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry.
